New HUF PAN Card Application

PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is ten-digit unique alphanumeric number. The fourth character of PAN reflects the PAN holder's status. The letter 'H' represents HUF (E.g. AYZHG2108L).

You can apply for HUF PAN Card online by filling up the above HUF PAN Card Application Form and complete all steps with required documents.

For HUF PAN Card following documents are required:

1. HUF Deed
2. HUF Affidavit
3. HUF Gift Deed

1. Aadhaar Card.
2. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
3. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
4. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
5. Arm’s license.
6. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
7. Driving License.
8. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
9. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
10. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
11. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
12. Election Card / Voter ID.
13. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
14. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.
15. Passport.
16. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.

1. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
2. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
4. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.
5. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
6. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
7. Aadhaar Card.
8. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
9. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
10. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
11. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.
12. Latest property tax assessment order.
13. Driving License.
14. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
15. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
16. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
17. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
18. Election Card / Voter ID.
19. Passport.
20. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
21. Property Registration Document.
22. Employer certificate in original.
23. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.

HUF's Karta needs to sign the PAN Card Form. If he/she is unable to do sign then left thumb impression is required on form.

HUF PAN Card will be delivered to HUF Karta's Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying pan card for minor online. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
